Welcome to LCA.education ("Website"), operated by SRS Productions, Inc. ("SRS Productions," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LCA.education, as well as your purchase or use of products, programs, memberships, coaching, assessments, educational materials, digital content, and other services offered on this Website.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products or services.
1. About SRS Productions, Inc.
LCA.education is an online platform operated by SRS Productions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, through which SRS Productions offers, distributes, and delivers free and paid products, programs, publications, memberships, coaching services, assessments, educational materials, digital content, and other resources.
Products and intellectual property available through LCA.education include works, brands, programs, and materials owned or controlled by SRS Productions, Inc., and/or S. Renee Smith, as applicable.
These may include, without limitation, UnBottle Your GENIE™, Live in What's Next™, Go Further with God™, There Is More Inside®, books and publications, coaching and assessment materials, group-study resources, and other proprietary works and programs.
The availability of intellectual property on LCA.education does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to Leaders Career Accelerator, users, purchasers, participants, or any other party.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our professional development programs, memberships, coaching services, assessments, or other services unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise.
By making a purchase or creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to enter into the transaction.
3. Website Use
You may use this Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or content;
- Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Website;
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, automated scraping technologies, or other harmful technologies;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Use the Website or its content to infringe upon the rights of SRS Productions, S. Renee Smith or another person; or
- Use automated tools to extract, scrape, reproduce, index, harvest, or systematically collect proprietary Website or program content without our prior written permission.
You may use this Website and its interactive features only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Certain areas of the Website may allow you to post comments, questions, responses, reflections, or other content. We encourage thoughtful, respectful dialogue and expect users to communicate in a manner appropriate for a professional, developmental learning environment.
When using the Website or participating in discussions, you agree not to do the following:
- Use threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, obscene, or excessively profane language;
- Bully, intimidate, demean, or personally attack another participant, instructor, team member, or other individual;
- Post content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- Share another participant's personal information, experiences, comments, photographs, or other content outside the program without their permission.
- Post advertisements, spam, solicitations, promotional materials, or unrelated commercial content without prior authorization;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Upload malicious software, harmful code, or other material intended to interfere with the Website;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or restricted content;
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, reproduce, index, harvest, or systematically collect Website or program content without prior written permission; or
- Use the Website or its interactive features for unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
SRS Productions reserves the right to moderate, edit, hide, or remove user-submitted content that violates these Terms or is reasonably determined to be inappropriate for the learning environment.
4. Accounts & Account Security
Some products and services require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, login credentials, and other account information. Accounts and login credentials are for the registered user's personal use only and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or made available to another person unless expressly authorized in writing by SRS Productions.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Products, Programs & Services
SRS Productions offers different types of products and services. Each may have its own:
- Price;
- Payment schedule;
- Delivery method;
- Access period;
- Cancellation terms;
- Refund policy;
- Participation requirements;
- License restrictions; and
- Service or program agreement.
The description and terms presented at the time of purchase are part of your agreement with SRS Productions. It is your responsibility to review the applicable offer description, checkout information, refund or cancellation policy, and any specific service agreement before completing a purchase.
6. Specific Product & Service Agreements
Certain programs, memberships, coaching engagements, assessments, events, or other services may require acceptance of additional terms or a separate service agreement.
Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If a specific written product or service agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding that product or service, the specific agreement will control with respect to that conflict.
This allows individual programs and services to set terms appropriate to the experience being purchased.
7. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
A change to pricing for future purchases does not alter the price of a completed transaction.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize SRS Productions and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount.
Depending on the offer, purchases may be structured as:
- One-time payments;
- Installment payment plans;
- Monthly subscriptions;
- Annual subscriptions; or
- Other payment arrangements disclosed at checkout.
Applicable taxes may be added to your purchase as required by law.
8. Payment Plans
When you select a payment plan for a fixed-price program or service, you agree to pay the full purchase price, not to purchase a month-to-month subscription unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Stopping participation, failing to use the program, or failing to complete the program does not automatically cancel the remaining payments owed under a payment plan.
The cancellation and refund provisions associated with the specific offer will determine whether any remaining payment obligation may be modified or canceled.
This distinction is important: A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments, whereas a subscription provides recurring access that continues until you cancel it in your account's billing area.
9. Recurring Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Some SRS Productions offerings include monthly or annual subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize SRS Productions and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method at the billing interval disclosed and agreed upon at checkout.
Your subscription will continue to renew until you cancel, in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to that subscription. You can cancel your subscription through your customer account before your next renewal date.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not provide retroactive refunds for amounts already charged, except as otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms or required by law.
Your access following cancellation will be determined by the terms of the particular subscription.
10. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, access to the applicable product, program, membership, Community, or service will be suspended.
Where supported by our technology platform, access may be automatically restored once the outstanding payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
11. Refunds & Cancellations
SRS Productions does not maintain a single universal refund policy for all products and services.
Because we offer different types of digital products, memberships, live programs, professional services, assessments, coaching, events, and physical products, refund and cancellation terms may vary by offer.
The refund or cancellation policy disclosed for the applicable product or service at or before the time of purchase governs that transaction.
Certain purchases, particularly those involving immediate access to proprietary digital content, intellectual property, professional services, assessments, or other materials that cannot reasonably be returned, are designated final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Other offers may include a stated refund period. Such policy applies only when expressly offered in writing for that purchase. Failure to use, access, complete, attend, or participate in a purchased product or service does not, by itself, create a right to a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Website and SRS Productions' products and services contain valuable proprietary and intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, SRS Productions, Inc./S. Renee Smith owns or lawfully uses all rights in its original works:
- Courses and programs;
- Videos and audio recordings;
- Books and written materials;
- Workbooks;
- Exercises and reflection questions;
- Frameworks and models;
- Methodologies and processes;
- Assessments;
- Presentations;
- Training materials;
- Graphics and designs;
- Session recordings;
- Community resources;
- Website copy;
- Branding;
- Trademarks and service marks; and
- Other original educational or proprietary materials.
Purchase of a product or service does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property to you.
13. Access and Permitted Use
When you purchase, download, receive, or are granted access to SRS Productions and/or S. Renee Smith's content, you receive permission to access and use that content for the purposes described in the applicable offer. Unless otherwise stated in writing, access is for your individual personal and professional development only. Your purchase or access does not transfer ownership of the content or any associated intellectual property rights to you.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or reproduce our proprietary materials;
- Share program access or login credentials;
- Upload or distribute program materials publicly;
- Sell, sublicense, license, or redistribute our materials;
- Teach our proprietary program or framework as a representative of SRS Productions or on your own;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- Use our materials to develop competing products or services;
- Create derivative courses, workshops, coaching programs, assessments, books, training, products, or commercial services based upon our proprietary materials; or
- Commercially exploit our intellectual property in any other manner.
Limited quotation or reference permitted by applicable copyright law is not prohibited by this section.
14. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Use
SRS Productions recognizes that artificial intelligence tools may be useful for personal productivity and learning. These Terms are not intended to prevent you from using technology to work with your own original thoughts, responses, notes, or materials.
However, unless SRS Productions provides prior written permission, you may not upload, submit, provide, reproduce, or otherwise make SRS Productions' proprietary program materials available to artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, large language models, content-generation platforms, datasets, or similar technologies for purposes including:
- Training or improving an AI or machine-learning model;
- Reproducing or substantially reconstructing our materials;
- Summarizing or extracting substantial portions of proprietary programs for redistribution;
- Creating derivative courses, programs, frameworks, assessments, books, products, or services;
- Generating competing educational or commercial materials; or
- Commercially exploiting SRS Productions' intellectual property.
For clarity, your answers to exercises and your original work remain your own, except as otherwise provided in any separate terms applicable to a specific program.
The restriction addresses unauthorized use of SRS Productions' proprietary materials, not ownership of your ideas, experiences, or responses.
15. Trademarks
Names, marks, logos, taglines, program names, and other brand identifiers belonging to SRS Productions and/or S. Renee Smith are protected by trademark, service mark, copyright, or other applicable laws.
Use of SRS Productions' trademarks or brand identifiers does not imply permission to reproduce, license, teach, endorse, or commercially exploit the underlying programs or intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants a license to use SRS Productions' and/or S. Renee's trademarks except as expressly authorized in writing.
16. User-Generated Content
Certain programs, Communities, or Website features may allow users to submit comments, posts, questions, photographs, responses, or other content.
You retain ownership of original content you create, subject to any specific permissions or releases you provide in connection with a particular program or Community.
You represent that content you submit does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Specific Communities, programs, or recorded experiences may include additional provisions governing recordings, image and likeness, confidentiality, or the use of participant contributions. Those provisions will be set forth in the applicable agreement.
17. Educational & Coaching Disclaimer
Our products, programs, content, coaching, and services are intended to provide education, development, coaching, reflection, information, and professional or personal growth opportunities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not constitute legal, medical, mental-health, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Participation does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, physician-patient, financial-advisor, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need advice in those areas.
18. No Guarantee of Results
SRS Productions, S. Renee Smith, and its representatives do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, career, employment, leadership, business, financial, income, or other result from purchasing or participating in our products or services.
Results vary and may depend upon numerous factors, including your:
- Background;
- Experience;
- Skills;
- Circumstances;
- Goals;
- Effort;
- Participation;
- Decisions;
- Implementation;
- Relationships;
- Timing;
- Opportunities;
- Employer decisions;
- Market conditions; and
- Factors outside your or our control.
Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee employment, promotion, increased compensation, clients, revenue, business growth, publishing opportunities, speaking opportunities, increased visibility, confidence, influence, or any other specific outcome.
19. Testimonials & Case Examples
Testimonials, participant stories, case studies, promotions, income increases, career advancements, job offers, business achievements, awards, publishing accomplishments, or other results referenced on our Website or in our materials describe individual experiences. They are not promises, predictions, representations, or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
20. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating information, coaching, observations, recommendations, tools, questions, perspectives, and suggestions provided by our products and services.
You decide whether and how to apply what you learn. All decisions you make about your personal life, career, employment, leadership, business, finances, relationships, or other circumstances remain your responsibility. SRS Productions is not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take or fail to take based on your participation in our products or services, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Communities & Participant Conduct
Certain SRS Productions offerings may include access to online Communities, group coaching, live sessions, discussion spaces, or other participant environments.
Participants are expected to interact respectfully and professionally.
You may not use our Community environments to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, exploit, or intentionally disrupt other participants. You may not independently record, reproduce, publish, or publicly distribute another participant's personal information, comments, images, voice, experiences, or contributions without the appropriate permission.
Specific Community agreements may impose additional requirements regarding confidentiality, recordings, solicitation, intellectual property, and conduct.
22. Third-Party Platforms & Services
We use third-party providers to operate parts of our business, including website hosting, course delivery, Community features, email communications, payment processing, video conferencing, analytics, and other technology.
Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies. SRS Productions is not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, errors, security incidents, or other failures caused solely by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
We may replace or change technology providers as our business evolves.
23. External Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
Links are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. SRS Productions does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, products, services, or accuracy of third-party websites.
24. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Information collected through the Website and our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed together with these Terms.
We use service providers to process information necessary to operate the Website, process transactions, deliver purchased products and services, communicate with customers, maintain security, and perform other legitimate business functions as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
25. Marketing Communications
Purchasing a product does not necessarily require you to consent to unrelated promotional marketing communications.
Where required, you may separately choose whether to receive marketing emails and other promotional communications. Transactional and service-related communications—including receipts, account information, access instructions, billing notices, program updates, security communications, and information necessary to provide a purchased service—may still be sent as appropriate to administer your purchase or account.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the method provided in those communications.
26. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, replace, improve, or discontinue Website features, materials, products, or services from time to time.
For active paid programs or subscriptions, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid changes that materially deprive customers of the core benefit they purchased. Specific agreements may establish additional rights concerning changes to a particular service.
27. Force Majeure
SRS Productions will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, illness or emergency, internet or technology failures, platform outages, utility interruptions, government action, public emergencies, labor disruptions, or similar events beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we may reschedule an affected experience, provide an alternative, or otherwise make reasonable accommodations.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SRS Productions, Inc., S. Renee Smith, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Website or purchase or participation in our products or services.
Except where a specific written service agreement provides a different limitation, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of SRS Productions arising from a purchased product or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to SRS Productions for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
For claims arising solely from use of the Website without a purchase, SRS Productions' liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
29. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRS Productions, Inc., S. Renee Smith, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from or relating to:
- Your material violation of these Terms;
- Your unlawful use of the Website;
- Your unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property;
- Your infringement of another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- Content you submit or distribute through our Website or Communities; or
- Your unlawful or intentionally wrongful conduct.
This section does not require indemnification where it cannot lawfully be required.
30. No Employment, Partnership, Agency or Fiduciary Relationship
Use of the Website or participation in our programs or services does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or any other business relationship between you and SRS Productions unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
31. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law provides rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
32. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
Nothing in this provision is intended to waive any consumer-protection, jurisdictional, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or interpreted to the extent necessary to render it enforceable, where legally permissible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
34. No Waiver
Failure by SRS Productions to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, Website, products, technology, practices, or applicable requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this Website, with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Material changes affecting an existing paid relationship will be communicated where required by applicable law or the applicable product or service agreement.
