S. Renee Smithis the Founder of Leaders Career Accelerator and the creator of UnBottle Your GENIE™ (UBYG), a proprietary leadership development methodology.
She is a nationally recognized thought leader in leadership development and has been called a workplace expert and personal brand strategist.
For nearly two decades, S. Renee has partnered with organizations and senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, executive presence, and performance across industries.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, brand, and influence—helping high-performing professionals clarify who they are, how they show up, and how they lead with intention and impact.
Her approach is grounded in both real-world leadership experience and formal executive training. She completed executive education in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development through The Wharton School, where her leadership perspective and proprietary insights informed faculty dialogue and contributed to an update to the course curriculum.
She has partnered with SHRM to design and deliver leadership development programming, including Powerful Leaders: Transforming Your Personal Brand & Executive Presence, and was later engaged to evaluate and expand SHRM’s People Manager Qualification Program.
