A Guided Experience, Not Another Program

The Live in What’s Next Founder’s Cohort is an intimate, guided experience designed for accomplished leaders who believe an internal shift has already begun.

This is not about reinvention, tactics, or quick pivots; it is about understanding who you have become, defining what matters now, and moving forward with clarity and intention.

You Might Recognize This Season If...

Nothing is wrong, but something feels different. You may not be able to name it, but you sense that a chapter is closing, and another is waiting to begin.

You may recognize that you're in that season if:

  • You’ve achieved success, but something feels off.
  • What once motivated you no longer inspires you to take action.
  • You’ve spent years prioritizing responsibility and caring for others, and now you're ready to embrace what's important to you.
  • The pace and ambitions that once energized you no longer feel aligned.
  • You find yourself thinking a lot about what was, what is, and what could be.
  • You are drawn to something more aligned, but don't know what it is and want clarity before making your next move.
  • You want meaningful conversations that lead to answers, not noise and aimless actions.

If this feels familiar, you're not alone, and you're not behind.

What This Experience Creates

Through the integration of identity, legacy, and brand development, the 12-week Founder’s Cohort helps participants move from internal reflection to intentional alignment.

By the end of the experience, participants leave with:

  • Clarity about the identity shift they are experiencing, where they are in the process, and how to move through it with clarity.
  • Language to articulate the next chapter of their life or leadership.
  • Priorities that reflect what matters now, rather than expectations of the past.
  • A defined legacy direction, personally, professionally, or both.
  • A brand presence that reflects who they have become.
  • A practical path for how they will show up and move forward.

Most importantly, participants gain the clarity and conviction needed to step into what’s next without being constrained by outdated mental models or inherited expectations.

Who This Is For (and Not For)

Live in What’s Next is for people who sense something has changed inside but don’t fully understand it, know what to do about it, or how to embrace it.

This experience is a strong fit if you’re ready to:

  • Listen to your own wisdom again instead of being influenced by noise, pressure, or other people’s expectations.
  • Stop resisting what you’ve known for a while and finally identify what this season is asking of you.
  • Shorten the gap between awareness and action so you don’t look back and realize you were in the shift for years, spent money on activities, only to later see you’re not any closer to where you were called.
  • Trust what’s on the other side of your decision and move forward with clarity, not hesitation.

This experience may not be the right fit right now if you:

  • Aren’t ready to listen. You want clarity, but you’re not willing to slow down and hear yourself.
  • Feel afraid of what’s changing and are holding tightly to who you were, even though something new is emerging.
  • Know your internal compass is pointing somewhere, but you’re not ready to follow it with courage.
  • Are still more focused on impressing others than honoring what you know to be true.
  • Would rather stay in survival mode than consider what is possible.

If any of this feels tender, it’s not a judgment. It’s simply timing. When you’re ready to move from surviving to aligning, this space will meet you there.

A Three-Part Guided Journey: From Identity to Aligned Impact

This experience unfolds through a structured yet reflective rhythm that combines insight, conviction, and execution.

You will move through three essential dimensions:

1. Identity Clarity

You'll examine the identities you have carried, the ones you have outgrown, and the one that is emerging now.

2. Legacy Definition

You'll define what truly matters in this season: the contribution, presence, and impact that feel aligned with who you are becoming.

3. Brand Alignment

You'll translate identity and legacy into visible consistency; how you show up, communicate, lead, and make decisions in your next chapter.

This is where clarity becomes consistency, conviction becomes action, and structure supports your next move.

How Does It Work

1

Guided Insight

Preparation: Work Before We Meet

Short readings, clear frameworks, and guided reflection prompts designed to help you begin designed to help you interpret what this season is asking of you.

This preparation allows you to arrive at our conversations already thinking and reflecting, ready to explore what the material means in the context of your own journey.

2

Live Integration Conversations

Integration: The Room Is the Accelerator

Intimate, structured conversations designed to translate reflection into clarity and clarity into conviction.

Together, we explore the concepts introduced in the preparation materials, ask deeper questions, and translate insight into personal understanding that can guide your next steps.

3

Intentional Application

Embodiment: Movement Between Sessions

Thoughtful application between sessions, so what you're discovering begins to shape how you think, decide, and show up in the world.

Through observation, reflection, and small, intentional shifts, identity, legacy, and brand development begin to align with a vision you can embody.

Founder’s Cohort Details

The Live in What’s Next Founder’s Cohort is a 12-week guided experience that combines learning, reflection, and intentional forward movement.

A small, thoughtfully selected group of leaders moves through the process together, fostering insight, diverse perspectives, and meaningful conversations.

Program Structure

Duration: 12 Weeks with an orientation session

Cohort Size: up to 15 women leaders (a few seats already filled)

Format: Live virtual sessions with guided materials and reflection between meetings

Orientation Gathering

Before the official sessions start, participants gather to meet one another, learn more about each other, and get an overview of what to expect over the next 12 weeks.

Meeting Rhythm

The cohort meets every other week for live sessions, allowing time between meetings for reflection, reinforcement, and purposeful application.

The Rhythm of the Experience

Each phase of the cohort progresses at a pace that allows insights to develop over time.

Framework

A concept or framework is introduced that provides a lens for understanding identity, legacy, or brand shifts participants might be experiencing.

Discussion: During the session introducing the framework, participants examine their position within it and gain insights from others' perspectives through a guided conversation.

Application: Participants observe, test, and apply insights in real-world situations between sessions.

Reflection: When the group reconvenes, participants share what they've observed and what has changed, deepening their understanding over time. The cycle then starts again with the introduction of a new concept.

Integration Between Sessions

Between sessions, participants receive brief materials designed to reinforce the work and encourage reflection. These may include short readings, quick video insights, reflection prompts, and optional exercises that help participants observe patterns and apply what they are learning in their daily lives.
